Context:
- Integration: Kalent API
- Use case: Talent sourcing (search and qualify candidates)
- Base URL: https://app.kalent.ai
- Authentication: header `x-api-key`, read from the `KALENT_API_KEY` environment variable
- Endpoints:
  - `POST /api/v1/search/talents/by-prompt` with `{ "prompt": "..." }`
  - `POST /api/v1/search/talents/qualified/by-prompt` with `{ "prompt": "...", "qualificationCriterias": ["..."] }`. It answers 202 and runs in the background.
  - `GET /api/v1/search/talents/qualified/{castingId}` to poll a qualification
